Bamboo Sume-i

This is my attempt at a 'Sume-i' style of painting in watercolor. Picked something easy to do in the style, which is bamboo! The color gradients aren't as smooth as I'd like to, they're pretty jittery and some of them are harsh, but I'm not using bamboo calligraphy paper for it, and I'm using regular watercolor paper. On the whole, though, I think I did pretty damn good! For a chance of pace, I did this without using pencil to draw the sketch, and I tried to keep the number of brush-strokes down to a bare minimum as much as I could.
